1. What data

We process data you actively provide (name, e-mail, payment details, Instagram handle) and limited technical data (IP, browser, cookie ID) to run and secure the service.

2. Purpose

• Executing the agreement (your subscription and dashboard).
• Customer contact and support.
• Legal obligations (accounting, VAT).
• Optional analytics to improve the site (consent only).

3. Legal basis

Contract (GDPR art. 6.1.b), legitimate interest (6.1.f), legal obligation (6.1.c) and consent (6.1.a) where relevant.

4. Third parties

Only processors needed to deliver the service: EU hosting, payment provider, e-mail platform, analytics. We do not sell data.

5. Retention

Account data for as long as you are a customer, plus the statutory retention period (7 years for accounting). Analytics data max. 26 months.

6. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Request via info@northernlights.solutions. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).

7. Security

Data is stored in the EU, connections are encrypted (TLS), and access is limited on a need-to-know basis.
